Hi! We are a small family kennel, located in the Upper Cumberland area of middle Tennessee.
Announcing our November 2010 litter with our Cumberland River Rocket WDX and our CH Ruffnreddy Blaze of Glory OA, OAJ, WD, CGC. Blaze is a great agility competitor, loves hunt work and Rocket is a hunting dog on land and water, combining drive and tenacity with a fun personality and handsome good looks. Rocket is a son of CH Clippers Frozen Assets ROM** and is a credit to his father's legacy. He came to our home from Northern Flight Chesapeakes in Idaho and has been Phil's constant companion and hunting buddy for many years. His drive and tenacity keep him going in the toughest conditions and even at age 10, his puppy side still comes out for all to see!
Rocket is our Bad Boy from Idaho. As a pup, he came to us on a plane, and due to a glitch at the airport, he traveled to New York State and his sister came to us. So, at the tender age of 8 weeks, Rocket traveled around the country for 2 days before he arrived at his new home. Rocket is a lover, but tougher than an anvil.
He is a single minded retrieving machine and has survived being impaled by a "stick" when he leapt off the riverbank (thanks to the wonderful work of our veterinarian). The stick punctured a blood vessel and wedged in place, saving his life until surgery could be performed. He is incredibly tough and a lot of fun. Get your shotgun out and the fun begins!

Blaze is my first conformation champion. We were lucky to have the opportunity to choose her and she was my favorite as we evaluated all the puppies. She is a beautiful girl with a spectacular coat, a very happy disposition and she's a lot of fun.Her speed and enthusiasm have cost us a few agility runs as she is so much faster than me and will "drop" bars looking back to see if I am coming! She easily earned her Working Dog title at the 2006 National Specialty. It was a thrill to handle her as she made her retrieves and earned her title. Blaze has such a nice disposition and it is a treat to travel to events with her, or to simply enjoy her company during an evening at home.
